What sizes of photo magnets do you offer?
1-We currently offer 2 × 2 inches in the machine pressed magnets.
In our Custom Flat magnets, we offer two designs:
2-Polaroid style: 3x4in.
3-Photo only style: 4x3 in. (rectangular).
All 3 magnet types offering a variety of perfect sizes for your fridge, workspace, or memory wall.
What is the difference between the Custom Flat Photo Magnets and the Custom Machine Pressed Magnets?
Both magnets are the same in terms of how they each showcase your favorite memories but that's about it! Machine pressed magnets are metal-backed and have a raised, durable finish- resting at 2x2 in size, while our Custom Flat Magnets are slim photo print magnets, made from flexible magnetic sheets for a sleek, lightweight look (also durable!), available in different sizes depending on the type of flat magnet design you choose—both show off your favorite memories in different ways. Size for flat magnets can slightly vary, as each magnet is cut manually and individually.
In the Custom Flat Magnet Prints, there are two styles of magnets available. What is the difference? How do I know what to order?
Yes, there are two design options in the custom flat magnets.
option 1: Photo only Magnet and option 2: Polaroid-Style Magnet.
Both magnet designs, are flat and once printed, your photos will be mounted onto the magnet sheet so that they can stick to your preferred surface. The difference is really in the aesthetic and size.
Photo only means, it will be a square or rectangle magnet with your photo on it. It's a magnetic photo! Wherever it's asked, just select "Photo only magnet" if you want to purchase this option and select your size!
Polaroid-Style, means your magnet will look like a polaroid once finalized.
When ordering on our site:
For Photo Only Magnets, select the correct Layout (Photo only Magnet) or (Photo only Magnet).
For Polaroid-style magnets- In Layout: you'll select Polaroid-Style.
Selecting the wrong style may delay your order, so double-check before checkout.
What is your turnaround time?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your magnets to be crafted, packaged, and shipped.
During busy seasons (such as holidays), production may take 3-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
Do you ship everywhere?
Yes, we ship across Canada, and internationally.
Please note that Sticky Feelings is not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels, or service interruptions caused by carriers or strikes.
Why does packaging sometimes look different?
We’re always evolving and investing in better equipment, which includes how we package your items. Since every order is unique—some are larger, bulkier, or require different types of protection—we select the packaging that best suits your order’s needs. Whether it’s a box, a mailer, or something in between, rest assured that your items are always bundled securely to withstand the shipping journey.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Because each order is handmade and goes into production immediately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
Every magnet is custom-made with your memories in mind.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds, as each item is custom created specifically for you.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right.
How do you ensure quality?
Each magnet is tested for strength and carefully inspected before packaging.
We wrap every order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We never ship anything that isn’t picture-perfect.
What if I encounter an issue with my order?
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Our response time is typically 2–3 business days, and we’ll assist you with care and transparency. As stated in our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. However, we strive to make it right, whenever possible.
How do you handle photo privacy?
Your privacy is important to us.
Uploaded photos are used only to create your order and are not stored or shared once production is complete. For this reason, we cannot simply replace or duplicate an order. Should you require the same prints be made into new magnets, a new order with new photo uploads will be necessary as we cannot store your previously submitted images.
Do you offer magnetic Save the Dates or event magnets?
Yes! We offer Magnetic Save the Dates for weddings, showers, and special events. Please see our product ("shop") page!
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! The bigger the order, the lower the cost per magnet. Bulk orders are perfect for party favors, wedding/event keepsakes, corporate events, or showcasing your company logo. If you’re planning for a large group or need custom branding, we’ll make sure your magnets are both affordable and memorable.

This section is designed for anyone interested in hosting a live magnet press station or simply placing a large order for an event.
If you only wish to place a bulk magnet order for shipping or delivery to your event, kindly indicate this in the comments section of the form.
What’s the best resolution and format for photos?
For best results, please upload high-resolution images in JPG or PNG or HEIC format.
Avoid screenshots at all cost or compressed files, as they may appear blurry when printed. iPhone (and any other smartphone) pictures work great! Just make sure your photos are well-lit and high quality. Filtered and edited photos, are not recommended.
Will the colors of my magnets match what I see on my screen?
Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your phone or computer screen and the final printed magnet. This is due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and print materials.
We do our best to ensure accurate color reproduction, but slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
