Refund policy

All orders are custom made and personalized, which means we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they are submitted.

Damages and issues
We take great care in testing, packaging, and preparing your order to ensure it arrives safely. Our packaging is designed to withstand the shipping journey, but we are not responsible for how carriers handle packages once they leave our hands.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we would love to make it right whenever possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Because each item is custom made and personalized, we are unable to accept exchanges for any reason. If you’d like a different item, a new order will need to be placed.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Please note: While the EU Consumer Rights Directive generally allows a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.

Because all of our products are made to order and personalized, orders shipped to the European Union are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under the 14-day cooling-off period.
