We ship all orders via Canada Post.

Once your order is placed, it goes into production and is shipped within the estimated processing time listed at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, strikes, or service interruptions caused by Canada Post or any international postal carriers.
  • Canada-wide delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or operational disruptions.
  • International shipments may experience longer transit times due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you choose a non-tracked shipping option, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping for peace of mind.
  • We are not responsible for how shipping carriers handle their shipments, including any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, we encourage you to contact us, we’ll do our best to help whenever possible.
