1. Custom Products

All products sold by Sticky Feelings are custom made and personalized. As such, each item is created specifically for the customer and may vary slightly in appearance or color due to the handmade nature of the product.

2. Order Processing

Orders begin production immediately upon placement. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order. We are unable to cancel, modify, or refund orders once they have been placed. Turnaround times may vary, typically our turnaround time for processing and shipping is 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping

We ship via Canada Post. Customers may choose between tracked and untracked shipping options at checkout.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, strikes, or service interruptions caused by Canada Post or international carriers.
• Canada-wide and international delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If you select an untracked shipping option, Sticky Feelings is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
• We are not liable for how shipping carriers handle parcels, including any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, if you experience an issue, we encourage you to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• All sales are final.

6. European Union Customers

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, custom-made and personalized products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. Therefore, orders shipped to the EU are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under this regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Sticky Feelings and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
